Medical Insurance

Our PPO and EPO plans are built around health care networks and a high level of coverage for using network providers. There are no "gatekeepers." Therefore, primary care physicians and referrals to specialists are not necessary. You have the freedom to choose any physician in the network at any time.

Flexibility

Preferred Provider Organization (PPO)

This option allows employees to use any physician in or out of the network. Benefits are paid in accordance with the provider selected.

Medical Team

Exclusive Provider Organization (EPO)

Our EPO option allows individual employees to choose their Physician from a list of approved EPO providers. This plan is offered nationwide wherever EPO networks are available.
